With 20+ years of working various positions in the Food and Beverage Industry, I have been given amazing opportunities to see how people who are experts in their field look after their patrons. From world class Chefs, to Front of House Managers, I was able to experience and learn what it takes to provide the best member experience. I like to work very closely with the team to ensure the guests' visit to our establishment is memorable, and will make them want to come back repeatedly.

• Assist in the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within the club (Royal York Room, St Georges Room, Upper Veranda Patio,  Halfway House, Starters Hut, Dragon Lounge and 16th Green Patio).
• Oversee 40+ food and beverage staff, to ensure high service standards are met, and our operational efficiency is being maintained through best practices.
• Take a lead role in the club's monthly beverage inventory counts, ensuring all outlets have been accurately documented for our accounting department.

• Ensure all the buildings onsite are maintained to ensure functionality and safety. Document any deficiencies and report them to the maintenance team.
• Consistently updating our POS system (JONAS), to include our most current menus, adjust pricing, and handling members billing discrepancies.
• Help in the setup of various functions at the club, including weddings,  COL's, Charity Events and tournaments.
• Member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee.

Delta Hotels Toronto Airport - Etobicoke, ON

• Managing the Food and Beverage Operations of 5 outlets within the hotel including Starbucks,  Lot 41 Bar & Table, Orchid Cafe breakfast restaurant,  Room Service and the Executive Pantry.
• Overseeing 40+ staff members within all 5 outlets, including scheduling,  payroll, special events,  luncheons and group seminars. 
• Involved in the training and procedures of the Marriott Hotel standards of all staff within the property.
• Was given the opportunity to develop the Delta's beverage program, by selecting their bottled beer, draft beer, liquor and cocktail selections by viewing market trends, and maintaining cost controls.
• Team member of the Green Team initiatives to reduce waste, power, and water resources by minimizing the hotels carbon footprint.
