Welcome to my profile page!  I am a passionate professional mixologist and sommelier with 3 decades of experience within the hospitality industry.  

When not working or working on business I continue to work on various educational courses (presently French and professional wine and beer certifications).  I am also an active fitness enthusiast, enjoy travelling, as well as spending time with loved ones.

I have over 25 years in the hospitality service and event sectors.  My journey started over 25 years ago as a banquet server at the Ottawa Congress Centre.  From there I journeyed into the Cruise Line Industry for the better part of 9 years, with my main job roles as an Entertainment Host, Assistant Cruise Director and Professional Auctioneer of Fine Art and Sports Memorabilia.  

I have 15 years of active experience as a bartender and 10 years as a Sommelier in both beer and wine.  As a bartender I have extensive experience and expertise, especially with regard to events.  

I also have professional event management experience, both live and virtual, through my active involvement with The Drunken Grape®, with Groovy Grapes, as well as my years spent working onboard cruise ships.  

Other work includes an active podcast as well as performing live TV segments on beer and wine.
