I am a product development and retail professional with over 10 years of experience in large North American vertical retail operations. The keys to my success have been rooted in my commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience as well as having a knack for data analysis and agile management principles. I find myself drawn to the data because I believe it tells a story, and I enjoy being able to leverage data and information in a way that leads to the discovery of unique and creative opportunities to reduce waste, generate cost savings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Assisted in launching DCG4, Canada’s single largest delivery station in 2020 and now dispatches between 25-55k parcels daily. Responsible for achieving station safety, quality, and productivity metrics using Agile management principles to identify and take quick action on operational gaps & safety opportunities. I was also selected to serve on the CA West Engagement team which set up various listening channels, actively used to solicit feedback from drivers & associates. Understanding these pain points has allowed the CA West region be in the World Wide Top 10 for Driver Engagement since July 2021(Out of 116 Regions Globally).

Spearheaded product development, including identification of product requirements and key performance indicators, trend reporting, line plan, visual overview creation, and retail account management. Directed planning, budgeting, vendor selection, and quality assurance efforts on product portfolios. As an agile department, we used the MS Teams platform to perform daily scrums and plan sprints to deliver on departmental objectives.
