I have worked for the past 18 years at many types restaurant establish- ments, where I’ve learned and developed a passion for food and locally sourced products based on traditional nuances of flavour and modern techniques. I come to you with a background that is unique and distinctive from others. I possess a strong desire to build a career within the culinary world, and I also feel that my expertise in cooking coupled with my natural enthusiasm allows me to create memories threw dishes that others can only aspire to. These points coupled with my proven ability to create a ex- citing menus have prepared me well for a position at your company. I am able to work as part of team and give instructions in the kitchen and believe that my passion for great food shows in my work. I can also bring experi- ence in staff and ordering supplies to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.
