Computer Systems Analyst with expertise in network automation, systems technology, and networking. Boasting a year of hands-on experience with tools such as Ansible, Python, YAML, and JSON, I've honed my skills in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting advanced network architectures. At CIBC, I've played a pivotal role in automating various network tasks, significantly reducing time and effort for the Network Automation Team.

My foundation is built on a broad skill set that ranges from programming languages like Python to hands-on experience with BIG-IP and F5 Load Balancers (LTM). Additionally, my understanding of computer infrastructure is further solidified with my knowledge of firewalls, MPLS, LAN, WAN, and virtualization among others.

My dedication goes beyond the technical, as I'm a firm believer in team collaboration and efficient communication. As a former Customer Service Representative at Husky Travel Centre, I've learned the importance of prioritizing client needs and working seamlessly in fast-paced environments.

Currently completing my diploma in Computer Systems Technician - Network Systems from Mohawk College, I'm passionate about integrating technology with real-world applications. I am currently working as a Technical Systems Analyst (Co-op) at CIBC. At CIBC, I worked on a diverse range of tasks that required both deep technical expertise and effective communication. I implemented automation solutions, developed Ansible playbooks, and was involved in troubleshooting complex technical issues. This experience, coupled with my year-long role as a Customer Service Representative at Husky Travel Centre, has given me a unique blend of tech-savvy and customer-centric skills. There, I dealt with numerous customer inquiries daily, quickly resolving issues and providing actionable solutions.

The skills I learned and worked while at CIBC are: 

• Implemented automation solutions using Ansible Tower, reducing the time and effort required for repetitive tasks
• Developed Ansible playbooks to automate tasks such as provisioning and configuring servers, managing users, and deploying applications.
• Designed AD friendly load-balancing requirements and developed a complete LTM form Builder from LB requirement.
• Developed solution on how to reduce the number of backup files to minimize storage and memory usage
• Include all Markham Data center devices into backup process and sort out reachability issues for all those devices
• Created EWO (Engineering Work Order) data model, establishes EWO development workflow, designed configuration templates: SNATs, Virtual Servers, and monitors
• Researched and studied BIG-IP, SNATs.
• Participated in daily stand-up meetings, providing updates on progress and identifying any roadblocks.

In addition to my technical capabilities, I believe in continuous learning. I am currently pursuing a diploma in Computer Systems Technician-Network Systems at Mohawk College, and I have obtained several certifications that supplement my understanding of today's IT landscape.
