  • Enhanced accessibility of educational materials and created video-based online learning modules
  • Analyzed digital interfaces and visual data to identify accessibility gaps based on WCAG 2.2 guidelines.

User Experience Researcher - co-op - Envision Technologies B.V. - Den Haag, Netherlands (Feb 2022 - Jan 2023)

  • Designed and developed an inclusive product-service system (PSS) to promote inclusive education for students with vision impairment by providing access to visualized data.
  • Validated concepts through quantitative and qualitative research, surveys, and usability studies with +30 participants.
  • Used personas, empathy and  journey maps to represent insights. Designed AI-powered plugin and prototype in Figma.
