- Work with the VP, Directors to develop and maintain dashboard reports and perform ad hoc analysis on the business that drive the decision-making of the management.
- Develops and maintains metrics to track performance of the business (Sales & Revenue-Current Vs Historic data).
- Play an active part in projects around Implementation, Statutory report development, IT enhancement (SAP System) and business transformation.
- Assisted Regional Managers in the sales development statistics and monthly variance analysis of Sales Financial Statements.
- Coordinated operations and communications with global sales locations.
- Support the monthly KPI Audit (Global Offices).
