Rose Baldicañas

I am Rose Sharon De la Cruz Baldicañas. I have almost a decade of skilled expertise in restaurant management operations. Furthermore, I am passionate about providing highest degree of hospitality in both internal and external guests. I am also skilled at ensuring that the company I work with meets or exceeds goals. I am self-driven but can work harmoniously with the team and I apply servant leadership style.

I was blessed to be part of one of the leading fast-food chains in our country- KFC Philippines and was hired as Management Trainee and eventually got promoted up to Assistant General Manager. After almost 4 years (June 2013-May 2017), I had to leave the said company for personal reasons such as the major operation in brain of my mother and proximity to our residence. After a year when my Mom was already stable and has recovered her strength, I applied and got hired with the well - renowned pizza parlor in our country- Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. as Shift Manager. 

I received my degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management in University of Perpetual Help System Laguna last April 2013. Currently taking continued education specializing Food and Beverage Management program at Centennial College- Progress Campus.
