Roshan Khatri

I am a self-motivated and result-oriented professional passionate about pursuing a long-term career in an organization where I can use my knowledge and skills to make a meaningful contribution. I have six years of experience in the banking sector in various job roles, demonstrating computer literacy, analytical, customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a team and execute administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with the company's guidelines and procedures to achieve great results. 

I have been a part of the administration and operation of the banking industry for almost six years in my home country, Nepal. During my career as a Banking professional in Nepal, I have worked for three successful Banks in various roles and responsibilities, significant parts of which included interaction with customers and solving banking and financial services issues.

I worked as a branch manager for Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Ltd., Thamel Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal, from May 2019 to August 2022, where I had to oversee the provision of services as a team leader and administer modifications to work processes while adhering to the bank's laws and regulations. With a notable exception, I worked as an Assistant Relationship Officer at Century Commercial Bank in Hetauda, Nepal, from November 2018 to May 2019. My primary responsibility there was assisting customers who were looking for credit facilities from the bank. Additionally, from October 2016 to November 2018, I was Assistant Relationship Manager at NIC Asia Bank, Hetauda Branch, Nepal. My primary duty was to address customer inquiries regarding the range of banking services offered, documentation needs, available credit options, consumer loan types, and the conditions of those services.

 I completed my MBA majoring in finance from the University of Canada West, Vancouver, and achieved my academic goal with a 3.4 GPA in April 2024.
