I am a UBC student looking for endeavors and opportunities to expand my horizon of experience and knowledge in the sales and marketing fields. I am a creative soul and love to bring new ideas to the table while working. I have worked in the beauty and retail industry for 4+ years back home and plan to use my experience here in Vancouver as well. My expertise includes but is not limited to excellent communication skills, good social media knowledge, reasonable creative expertise such as- canva, video making, and photography and also good fluency in English speaking and writing. I have always believed that good teamwork is crucial to success and have incorporated that into my work ethic regularly. I hope to be a great addition to your team!

VP Events and Logistics
My role as the VP Events and Logistics at BSA is to plan and execute social and engaging events for the student community at UBC while focusing on the representation of Bangladeshi culture, music, occasions, and history. Communication with the venue manager, vendors, caterers, suppliers, and the core team working to execute every aspect of the events comes under my responsibility as well.

Sales and Marketing Specialist
Blushing Beauties is an e-commerce platform that imports cosmetic essentials, beauty supplies, clothing, and more for consumers on demand. My role as a sales executive and social media manager was to ensure our monthly sales target, manage our sales record sheet, respond to customers’ queries, and moderate a group of more than 15,000 (increasing every day) potential buyers. After working for over a year with them, product photography and rendering creative social media template designs were some of my newer responsibilities for improved and modern marketing. My job required me to be updated on several beauty trends and attain expertise in knowing how certain products perform on certain skin types, complexions, etc.
3.Desi Treats

Desi Treats is an online based homemade food venture established by my mother amidst the pandemic to take her passion for cooking to the next level. I have been managing all the business logistics, sales records, product placements, and advertisement components of this venture since its inception. From the planning stage of this venture to recruiting team members for smoother operations of the business amidst the covid situation, everything was under my responsibility as well.
