Experience

An Agile Coach, Program and Project Management/Agile Scrum Master specialist (8 Years Agile/Scrum , 17 years PM) and a Product Development professional with key strengths in web and mobile based ecommerce, application planning and development, Internet marketing, digital environments, technology planning and using IT for infrastructure and marketing initiatives. 

Extensive experience in all aspects of both Agile and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for application development and as well as Non IT Project delivery.

  • Coaching 4 Agile teams with projects inflight
  • Education and assistance with Agile practices
  • Training in JIRA and Confluence and boards and spaces
  • Leading an Agile delivery team and all Agile training (concepts from Scrum, estimation & persona development, release planning) for the program
  • Working with teams that are working on regulatory compliance with IFRS17
  • Working with teams performing data flow and accounting reconciliation.
  • Built tools for dynamic RAID, quantitative Agile maturity assessments, Agile basic cheat sheets, standard sprint Reports and team Agile adherence assessments
