- Education and assistance with Agile practices
- Training in JIRA and Confluence and boards and spaces
- Leading an Agile delivery team and all Agile training (concepts from Scrum, estimation & persona development, release planning) for the program
- Working with teams that are working on regulatory compliance with IFRS17
- Working with teams performing data flow and accounting reconciliation.
- Built tools for dynamic RAID, quantitative Agile maturity assessments, Agile basic cheat sheets, standard sprint Reports and team Agile adherence assessments
