Sabin thapa chhetri

My name is Sabin Thapa, and I am doing my diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Service Management from Seneca Polytechnic College in Toronto. I have already completed my 3 years HOTEL MANAGEMENT Course from KMC. I have hands-on experience as a prep cook at Country Villa Resort, where I worked from January 2021 to March 2024. In that role, I was responsible for preparing ingredients, ensuring the kitchen was organized, and helping with meal presentation.

I am skilled in customer service and hospitality, and I thrive in fast-paced environments. I have strong leadership abilities and experience with inventory management. Additionally, I speak four languages, which helps me connect with a diverse range of customers.

I have completed various certifications, including Culinary Arts and Smart Serve, and I am knowledgeable about health and safety standards in the kitchen. I am passionate about cooking and dedicated to delivering high-quality food and service.
