I am serving as Medical Secretary and Administrative Assistant at Health Access Thorncliffe Park, a community health centre and provides the Primary health care and other required services to the community.

I was associated with Michael Garron Hospital as a Unit Clerk in Vaccination department, and at Access Alliance at Danforth as a Compliance Officer (Screener). During my work experience, I strengthened my skills in customer relations, de-escalation, problem solving and analytical decision making. I steadily exceeded my goals in clinical support and was appreciated for my determination, patience, active listening, good work ethics and positive attitude. My international education and qualification will become an asset for the Organization.

As mentioned on my resume I also worked as Administrative/Physiotherapy assistant in a clinical setting where my language skills extraordinarily helped me. I communicated with my clients in English, Hindi, Gujrati, Punjabi, Sindhi and Kachi languages. My duties included creation of documents, filing of reports, organized large scale committee meetings, provided client facing support and created a database of important contact information.

I have completed my training in Customer Service Representative Insurance (CSR) Stream in collaboration with Wood Green and TD Insurance. As well as an online course for upgrading digital skills from TDSB.
