I worked in a company known as Eshopbox in Gurugram where my responsibilities were  Preparing Daily/Weekly and monthly MIS reports of orders and returns, Generating and distributing management reports in an accurate and timely manner, Providing strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team, Last-mile orders tracking and handling clients' queries, Managing shipping operations and queries, Analyzing Data and Publishing Reports , Handling customer’s queries over the call, Give satisfactory solutions to their problem
