• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal transportation regulations, including hours of service, driver qualification, and vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Work with the Managing director and area managers to ensure compliance with hours-of-service regulations.
• Train team to set up subcontractors and new drivers' orientations.
• Converse with clients to ensure onboarding of contractors has been completed a full circle and communicate to station managers that drivers are ready to work.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Supervise team that conducts driver audits to ensure compliance rules are followed.
• Work with CRM developers for implementing the new self-serve system for contractors and drivers.
• Work closely with the IT department, marketing department, and finance department daily.
• Oversee driver performance management, driver onboarding, and driver delivery systems.
• Resolve driver complaints related to operational issues.
