With a degree in Business Technology Management, minor in Computer Science and experience in hardware and software repair, installation, testing, and troubleshooting, I bring a wide range of technical skills to the table. My expertise in network security technologies, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems, vulnerability scanners and penetration testing software, including Nmap, WireShark, Burp Suite, Metasploit and Kali Linux, combined with my knowledge of common security frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework and OWASP, allows me to help organizations secure their data and systems.

In addition to my technical abilities, I am currently working towards obtaining my A+, CCNA and CISSP certifications. I also possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, honed through my experience working in call centers and customer-facing roles. I am a great communicator and have a track record of resolving conflicts and negotiating effectively. With a proven ability to quickly and accurately learn various forms of technology and software, I am able to work collaboratively with diverse groups to establish ongoing relationships.

My experience in computer troubleshooting and my familiarity with Active Directory, LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and printers enable me to work well in team environments, where collaboration and problem-solving are key. I am also proficient in a variety of programming languages, including C#, Python, Javascript, PHP and SQL, and have experience with virtualization tools like VMWare and VirtualBox.

As a dexterous user of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, I am able to install, configure, and maintain any task given to me. I have a good understanding of the OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite, and other networking concepts, making me a valuable asset to any IT team.

I am always eager to learn and grow, and I am looking for a position where I can utilize my skills and experience to make a positive impact.

I have experience in computer assembly, network administration, troubleshooting, virtual machine management, cybersecurity, and proficiency in various programming languages. I have several certifications, including CISCO and Microsoft, and have worked as a market research agent, tabulator deputy officer, IT consultant for my capstone, call center representative, and in customer service and crew training at McDonald's.
