Provide input for project scheduling and resource planning (Work Allocation).
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of test cases. Monitor the progress of testing activities, track defects, and communicate the status to relevant stakeholders.
• Work with the project team to define test objectives, test conditions, and test cases. Ensure that the test cases cover all the requirements and functionalities of the software. 
• Establish a defect management process. Track, prioritize, and manage defects found during testing. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of defects.
• Identify and assess risks related to testing activities. Develop risk mitigation strategies plans to address potential issues.
• Providing appropriate feedback and scient coaching for the individuals based on their performance.
• Analyzing user interactions, behaviors, and feedback to gain insights into the user experience like conducting user surveys, interviews, or usability tests to understand user preferences, needs, and challenges
