As a building industry consultant for more than 30 years, my principal focus is professional home and property inspection with the designation of Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and National Certificate Holder (NCH) and as part of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI). I am also a local government professional with extensive expertise in policy development, implementation, and project management within the fields of municipal law enforcement and customer service.
