I've allready worked in Opentext Tool for Cargill Food Production as a level 2 support team for the Enterprise Content Managment for mor than a year. Now I left my job for persuing Masters in Canada in University of Windsor, Specifics: Master of Applied Computing.

Managed the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system for Cargill Food Corporation as a Level 2 Support Facilitator. Provided level 2 facilitate for OpenText systems as part of the OpenText L2 support team at Cognizant for Cargill Food Corporation, ensuring high-quality performance and resolving technical issues for client. Chased Scrum methodology throw-out to ensure performance meets clients requirements. Delivered technical support to global users, resolving a diverse range of issues with proficiency, and honed expertise in addressing tickets at various levels of complexity within set time frames. Adapted to solving daily technical issues while learning and improving through hands-on problem-solving experience.

Currently persuing Masters at University of Windsor, Specifics: Master of Applied Computing.
