During my practicum at Miskanawah, I worked as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, where I managed phone and email communication, organized files, and maintained meeting rooms. I also created fire safety posters and redesigned the mailroom name list to improve efficiency. This experience helped me strengthen my customer service, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
I currently work part-time in a customer service role, continuing to build my administrative and communication abilities in a professional environment.
Education
I completed the Administrative Professional Certificate at Bow Valley College in October 2025. This program strengthened my skills in business communication, office technology, scheduling, and professional administration.
