Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of fleet and delivery staff to maintain high service standards, performance, and safety. Ensure compliance with corporate regulations, including ISO, HR, HSE, and Sales and Marketing standards. Coordinate transportation activities like inbound/outbound shipments, customs clearance, and freight forwarding, and regularly review freight rates to optimize costs. Collaborate with distribution partners to manage warehousing, distribution, and delivery operations. Implement logistics plans for timely and accurate product deliveries, handle shipments efficiently, and manage schedules, attendance, and payroll. Monitor KPIs to meet company targets, administrate ISO certification processes, conduct risk management, and analyze supply chain data for improvements. Minimize stockouts and excess inventory, uphold quality standards, coordinate goods movement, select suppliers based on quality and cost, and resolve delivery discrepancies.

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and have successfully completed an Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport, earning the best overall performance award. Additionally, I have completed an Awareness Program in E-Procurement through the MILODA Academy of Finance Studies, the training arm of the Ministry of Finance. I have also participated in an Awareness Program on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Requirements conducted by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution. Furthermore, I completed a Familiarization Program for Loading Masters on LPG Carriers conducted by LAUGFS Maritime.
