Sarine Kassemdjian

I'm Sarine, the Operations Manager of a Real Estate Team. My passion is Real Estate. I am excited to be seeking an opportunity where I can grow with an agent or team of agents and share my knowledge and passion and in return learn from the best. 

When I started my first position as a Fronk Desk Administrator, I did not think this will be the path I will choose as a career. Little did I know, my curiosity grew and I was loving what I do. That's when I looked for an opportunity to seek a position with a team. I perfected my communication skills with clients and agents, I trained to use many platforms such as MLS, BrokerBay, Webforms, Docusign, Lead-generating software and CRM software such as Realvolve. 

I created workflows and templates to automate many processes. I am currently taking a course on content creation for real estate agents. And my next step is to learn how to advertise on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. 

My weakness is in writing offers, I was not able to practice writing offers as lead agents took over that task. 

I am a people person, I love people and communication. I love to-do lists and completing these to-dos. I like processes and organization. I challenge myself to do more and learn every day.
