Hi Im Sasha, a minimalist product designer based in Vancouver, Canada.

I'm driven by curiosity, variety and a need to understand things deeply and at the source. Truth is always my lighthouse when diving into new ideas, spaces, and projects.

Why UX?

The UX design process gives a structure for implementing the many different skills I bring to problem-solving ; such as imagination, brainstorming, philosophy, psychology and art.

After jumping from job to job and struggling to find satisfaction in my constant need to learn, I stumbled across UX design.

it was meant to be.

●  Provided human-centered concepts for future site aspirations to increase engagement on the

website by 20%.

●  Created homepage wireframes and user tested 3+ iterations that streamlined final site designs for

faster, data driven implementation.

●  Crafted 30+ strong logo concepts based on client brief and audience insights, and presented top 5

concepts for client approval.

UX Mentor at BrainStation Vancouver BC, July 2022 - October 2022

●  Supported instructors by creating templates that saved 2+ hrs of unnecessary meetings, and gave

opportunity for increased student success by 20%.

●  Participated in a Q&A panel with 16+ students and provided detailed feedback that leveled up

students' work and reduced dropout rate by 10%.

UX/UI Design at Efflo Vancouver BC, April 2022 - July 2022

●  Created the only IOS news reading app that helps manage doomscrolling and improved user mental

health outcomes by 30%.

●  Validated user experience through research, interviews, wireframing, user testing, prototyping,

experience mapping and task flows that resulted in reduced user pain points by 60%.

●  Conducted 10+ user tests and 3 design iterations in under two weeks and finalized the project with

a design system.

UX/UI Design (Hackathon) at Canada Goose Vancouver BC, June 2022

●  Collaborated with a team of 8 consisting of developers, marketing and data science in a 24hr

hackathon that increased customer loyalty by 15%.

●  Communicated benefits of UX to the team to gain alignment which resulted in clear goals, efficient

execution and winning hackathon out of 10 teams.

●  Executed research, proto persona, and hi-fidelity wireframes detailed for web development to

produce winning mobile first web experience.
