At the moment, At Britco Pork, I support plant maintenance and utility operations, focusing on boiler monitoring, steam systems, and production equipment reliability. I do daily rounds, read gauges, log data, and respond to alarms while troubleshooting and repairing pumps, motors, conveyors, valves, and control systems. I also support electrical and instrumentation work, including basic wiring and control circuit troubleshooting. I handle preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs, working closely with production to prioritize work, and minimize downtime. I follow strict food safety and GMP requirements, and I assist with boiler start-ups, shutdowns, and safety checks as part of my Power Engineer responsibilities.
