With over ten years of experience in the IT industry, I bring a wealth of expertise to the role. Throughout my career, I have continuously pursued opportunities to enhance my education and skill set. In 2016, I embarked on a self-employment journey as an IT consultant while simultaneously pursuing full-time education. Recently, I relocated to Vancouver and worked as a consultant on a year-long project. Now, my family and I are excited to return to the GTA and begin a new chapter in our careers.

In my most recent role, my responsibilities encompassed a wide range of IT support and management tasks, including:

- Providing comprehensive support for M365 and Azure, both on-premises, hybrid, and in the cloud, covering areas such as server management, Exchange, GPOs, RDS, DNS, and AD.

- Supporting and managing Windows systems, including deployment, management, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).

- Deploying networking equipment in both on-premises and data center environments.

- Offering remote and on-site customer service support.

- Providing support for POS retail systems.

- Deploying and configuring audio/video conferencing equipment.

- Managing both analog and IP CCTV systems.

As an individual, I am known for my reliability, responsibility, ethics, and strong work ethic. I thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to change and performing well under pressure. I excel both independently and as a collaborative team member. My exceptional time management skills enable me to handle multiple projects concurrently.
