I have extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, including international and domestic trucking operations, carrier management, and shipment coordination. Key achievements include increasing customer revenue by 125% at Pantos Logistics, reducing claims by 80%, managing daily dispatch of 15 truckloads at KTX Transport, and identifying 20% potential profit gaps through TMS and Excel analysis. You have also developed operational manuals, led teams, and contributed to process improvements in both logistics and educational settings.

I hold a BA in International Studies with a concentration in Economy and Environment Development from Simon Fraser University, complemented by university exchanges in England and Spain. You have also completed certifications in Microsoft Office (MOS Master) and participated in corporate management and trade business competitions.
