I have 07 years of overall experience in Customer service starting off with two part times along with my education, worked with many queries and clientele for years. And to my first full time Customer service being working towards Sri Lankan Airline service , handling passenger queries related to billing, reservations, cancellation via phone, email and in person. Then moving towards a major turnaround of working towards SYNERGEN health which represent many US based health insurance companies. Has a three year experience on RCM process.

Currently following my Bachelors in Business Administration at Algoma University.
