About Shanti Thapa:

My academic background includes a master's degree in marketing and innovation from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom, as well as project management from The University of Winnipeg (PACE). Being a Manager in a multinational Hotel has naturally led to me gaining a wealth of business management knowledge along with Leading and managing Team.

Developing content, strategizing, leading a team, making decisions, and sales and marketing are among my strong suits. Together with my great interpersonal skills and strong desire to lead, I am an ambitious and self-motivated individual. I am a designated trainer of prestigiouse  "Yes I Can" at Radisson hotel.
