I Have completed BSc biology for 3 years from University of Winnipeg and I am very passionate to work in the science field specially in the labs as I am looking for an opportunity to work in the team oriented company where I can use my interpersonal skills to contribute in that organization because the high level of scientific knowledge and proven competency in multitasking enables optimal performance in a challenging environment.

. attending the chats and calls of the customer having issues regarding the orders and providing them with best possible resolution or the refunds so that they should continue using our service again and again

. Dealing the customer’s issues with patience and talking with the courier if the order is delayed

. Placing the orders and keeping the track if the courier is delivering the order on time

. Issuing special coupons or credits to the customer with good history and redeeming the gift cards if they want

. University of Winnipeg, Manitoba- Completed Bachelor of Science in Biology for 3 years and graduation is on 11th February. I also have my completion letter, if needed. I got 2.8 GPA in biology major, and I studied 30 biology credits.
