My roles involved resolving customer issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I am known for my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure. In addition, I spent 2 years as a UI/UX designer at FixelCloud, working closely with teams to create user-centered designs.

I completed my O Levels and A Levels through the IGCSE, which follows the UK education system. Currently, I am studying cybersecurity at Fanshawe College, focusing on networking, virtual machines, and security practices.
