Sharon Sarrazin

I've chosen 3 of my employment experiences that have had the most influence on me and that I feel are fit for sharing with you.

The longest I've been employed at one place is 10 years at a restaurant facility called Scully's Crab Shack.  Here is where I had the opportunity to grow and learn through many positions in the industry. I went from hostess to Shift Manager and experienced all positions in between for 2 to 3 years each. I gained exceptional multitasking skills in a high intensity environment.  I learned how to handle customer complaints and deal with any staff issues that may have arised. I really enjoyed waitressing and bartender portion. Having to be a friendly face to our regular crowd and all other guests was extremely satisfying to me

I've also experienced working in the cooperate world after graduating from CDI College in Edmonton Alberta. I was employed as a Payroll Administrator and performed daily administrative duties. Here I learned to pay close attention to detail and was taught the importance of organization, policies and following procedures. 

I've graduated from two different colleges and received a college diploma for both.

In 2008 I graduated from CDI College in the Payroll and Accounting Course.

In 2022 I graduated from Trillium College in the Community Developmental Service Worker program. This course involved alot of valuable information about mental health and addictions, homelessness, disabilities, programs offered to those who may live with any of these situations, importance of self care, caring for others, community and much more.
