A Production Manager with 20 experience in the Manufacturing environment, mainly working in extrusion and some injection molding. I started in manufacturing as an operator and over 20 years made my way up to production manager.
I am well-versed in Leading a 24/7 production facility of supervisors, team leaders and operators and help building a high-performing team.
