About Shawn Jamieson:

A Production Manager with 20 experience in the Manufacturing environment, mainly working in extrusion and some injection molding. I started in manufacturing as an operator and over 20 years made my way up to production manager. 

I am well-versed in Leading a 24/7 production facility of supervisors, team leaders and operators and help building a high-performing team.

  • Planning and coordinating the production schedule to ensure that products are completed on time and within QC tolerance. 
  • Overseeing the hiring, training, and supervision of production staff, including setting goals and performance targets
  • Analyzing production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring that the production facility complies with all safety regulations and standards
