With over 10 years of experience in quality management, I am a Certified Quality Assurance Person (A/QAP) and a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), ensuring compliance to internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in the food manufacturing, folding carton manufacturing, cannabis processing, and natural health products industries.

My passion is to provide safe, quality products to the customer, while meeting company objectives and fostering a collaborative team environment. I have successfully led multiple projects, such as new product development and sales amendment applications, while meeting project deadlines despite changing priorities. . I believe in coaching and mentoring across all departments, creating a facility-wide culture of quality and continuous improvement. I am a hands-on leader who enjoys problem solving and learning from every investigation. I strive to be a leader, not just a boss, and to empower my team to challenge me and love their jobs.

I have ten+ years of leadership experience and have managed teams of ten quality assurance and quality control professionals.
