                                                                                                                                                                                                        In my current role as a Warehouse Supervisor, I oversee daily operations across multiple warehouse zones and ensure accuracy, organization, and efficient material flow. One of my key accomplishments includes leading the Steelyard Project, where I redesigned material-handling processes, improved inventory accuracy, and implemented a standardized footprint system that strengthened cross-department collaboration. These improvements directly enhanced workflow visibility, safety compliance, and productivity.

Previously, as a Warehouse Team Lead, I delegated tasks, supported onboarding and training, and helped foster a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. My reorganization of multiple warehouse locations—including the Tent, Pad, Southyard, and Steelyard—resulted in a 25% reduction in picking time and significantly improved overall efficiency. I consistently promote Lean principles, demonstrate reliable equipment operation, and collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet key performance targets.

My background also includes material handling, farm operations, and hands-on experience in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
