My name is Shinsil Lee, I have 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. As an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator, I am proficient to implement education plan based on children's genuine curiosity, analyze the program and make a report, and engage with children's interactive activities and play to build a strong rapport.

I am adept at delivering program that support and promote the children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development and growth, and creating the education plan to express children's creativity through art and craft, dramatic play and physical activities.

• Plan educational programs based on children’s interest and curiosity
• Prepare art and craft material for program and demonstrate how to use them
• Mainly support a student, who has autistic spectrum disorder, to help him to engage in the program comfortably 
• Monitor children to ensure that they are playing and geUng along within the program’s guidelines 

YMCA, Toronto, ON, Canada / January 2019 – September 2019 (Early Childhood Education Assistant) 

• Developed weekly education plan for children
• Observed and engaged with children doing educational activities 
• collaborated supervisor to instruct children by creating and developing lesson plans

I have a diploma in Social Service Worker from George Brown College(Toronto, Canada) and I am currently taking a diploma course for Early Childhood Education(online) at Fanshawe College(London, Canada).
