Experience

• Experience in setting and operating CNC (Lathe, Mills) Machines.

•Writing and modifying CNC programs (knowledge of G and M codes) as per the blueprints.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, tables and schematics for machine operations. 

• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). 

• Experience and certification in operating Forklift.

• Proficient in using SolidWorks.

• Verify part dimensions using measuring tools such as vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Tape measure, Gauge blocks, etc.

 • Using Cad software such as Mastercam, AutoCAD.

• Drafting parts, Assembly and preparing drawings that include technical layout, Multiple views, Section view, Detail view, exploded view, and Preparing BOM in 3D.

Education

Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering Technician

• CNC (Set-up) and manual machine operation 

• Engineering Graphics and Design (CAD/CAM, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam) 

• Quality assurance and Material Engineering 

• Math fundamentals 

• Quality assurance, Material Testing, Lean Manufacturing 

• Robotics and Automation
