I am Shiva and I have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM platform. I am certified salesforce administrator and developer. Talking more about my professional experience, I dealt with various functionalities related to Sales cloud, Service cloud, Marketing cloud and community cloud. I have been through all the stages of project including implementation, consultation, development, customization, integration, migration, and support services.  I have good working knowledge on aura framework, Lightning Components and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).  I have good Experienced with Apex Language, Apex Class, Apex Trigger, Apex Web Service, Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components and Controllers.
