Hello, 

I am a Canadian teacher seeking teaching opportunities abroad. Right now, the country I most want to teach in is Peru, this is because of its vibrant culture, people, and beautiful landscapes. 

I have one year of classroom teaching experience and love the profession and all the amazing people I get to work with through teaching. I have also recently completed my TEFL certification and am eager for the opportunities that this will present. 

I have experience in classroom teaching for grades k-9 through teaching on call for School District number 5 (Cranbrook). I was a classroom teacher in a grade 5/6 class for St. Mary's Catholic School (Cranbrook). In both of these positions I was responsible for teaching and supporting various learning styles and needs. I was also responsible for connecting with the community, other teachers, and parents to organize and best support students. These positions also required constant planning and organization to ensure that students are succeeding. 

Bachelors Degree in Eduction which I completed with the University of Victoria.
