Utilise management software to retrieve and analyze invoices, certificates of insurance, memos, etc. Evaluate insurance coverage documents, analyse client information, report potential sources of financial loss and abuse of spendings, and duly file electronic and hard copies of each document.

Analyze the previous and produce a current annual budget to ensure financial responsibility and support growth, and follow said budgetary goals to account for costs of events and unforeseen expenses.
