My passion lies in finding innovative, eco-friendly solutions that not only improve crop yields but also reduce the environmental impact of farming. This belief has guided my journey in agriculture, from my Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture to my ongoing studies in Agri-Business Management at Lambton College.

A strong growth mindset has always fueled my progress. For example, during my work in crop management, I implemented integrated pest management techniques that reduced pesticide use by 20%, helping create healthier farming practices. I've also introduced more efficient irrigation methods that cut water usage by 15%. These experiences have taught me that there’s always room for improvement, and I constantly seek out new learning opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.

Whether it's earning my Ontario Agriculture Worker Safety & Awareness Certificate or gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce and customer service in Canada, I’m committed to continuous growth.
