Over the years and with changing technologies and frameworks, I learned to be resilient to change and agnostic to technology, adapt quickly to the environment and make timely but data-driven decisions.  I always offer the most impactful and innovative solutions to achieve business goals and align OKRs with all organizational stakeholders.  With continuous learning and productivity (via Key Means Indicators, the journey) and the resource well-being in mind, I honed my leadership qualities to be collaborative, mentoring, and inclusive and built high-performance teams.

Leadership and Strategy

1) Leadership is not in the TITLE; instead, it is shown in ACTION.  I have exhibited leadership qualities ever since I started my professional career. As a developer, team lead, architect, manager, and developer for over 27 years, I have always questioned the status quo, been innovative, adaptable to change, effectively influenced colleagues (team, peers, and leadership), and a continuous learner.
2) I have provided strategic roadmaps to build BI capabilities at multiple business verticals (retail, telecommunications, gaming and hospitality, transportation and logistics etc.) and oversaw the strategy to execution (i.e. implementation to production).
3) I am a believer in achieving the right balance between P (People), P (Process), and t (Technology).  I believe in managing relationships effectively, and “people” will eventually follow that rather than the other way around.  Trusted and properly nudged (with coaching and collaborating) relationships helped build and manage stakeholders and internal resources.

1) Results-driven data architect with a strong track record of designing and implementing robust data architectures across diverse industry verticals, including Retail, Telecommunications, Sports and Entertainment, Gaming, Hospitality, and Transportation and delivery logistics with an emphasis on self-serve intelligence that is readily actionable (domain driven design/architecture).
2) One of my significant achievements includes designing and implementing a framework based on a metadata model that supports Master Data Management (MDM), allowing customers and business analysts to manage critical data entities. This innovative solution also incorporated a comprehensive data lineage, resulting in a remarkable 75% reduction in maintenance costs and resource effort. Moreover, it significantly increased transparency, providing stakeholders with clearer insights into data flow and dependencies.

I have over 25 years of experience in the data and analytics domain in various roles and increasingly more responsible leadership roles; managed and developed teams, travelled the world, and navigated through multiple organizations, cultures, and diversities. With my education and years of experience in the Technology industry, I have acquired the required skills to lead the team and spearhead the leadership role.
