My name is Sivanathan Thaiman called as Siva, and I am currently working as a Linux technical support analyst. I have 5 years of experience in this field, and I'm passionate about IT support roles.

In terms of my educational background, I studied Networker Engineering at Computek College (computek.edu). I also have additional certifications in Redhat/Windows/Hardware/Ansible.

Outside of work, I enjoy Nature. I find that hiking helps me to unwind and stay balanced, which ultimately makes me more effective at my job.

I am an experienced Linux Support Analyst with over 5 years of experience providing technical support for Linux-based systems. In my current role, I am responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for a large customer base, as well as providing guidance and training to junior team members.

Prior to this, I worked as a Help desk analyst for a financial organization, where I gained experience in troubleshooting and customer handling. I also have experience in system configuration, maintenance, and optimization, having worked in a similar role for a hardware firm early in my career.
