• Experience with ITIL processing tools like Service NOW and Service Manager. • 24 X 7 Production Database on Call Support. 
• Experience in configuring & managing High availability using AOAG (Always on, Database mirroring).  
• Administering SQL Server High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies.
