Sonia Bhatti

I am an enthusiastic and motivated UX/UI designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences. With an eye for detail, I strive to create unique and engaging designs that will not only enhance the user experience, but also stand out from the competition. My skills include user interface design, user research, prototyping, wireframing, and visual design. 

I have been involved with many projects during my time at university, such as developing a mobile user interface for an online payment system, creating a web-based content management system, and designing a new website for a local business. I am a proactive learner, always looking for new ways to improve my skills. 

I have attended various seminars and workshops, and am proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Figma, and other design tools. I am also an active member of the Toronto UX/UI Design community, attending local meetups and networking with other professionals.

 I am looking for an internship to gain real-world experience and apply my knowledge and skills in a professional environment. I am confident that I can offer valuable insights and skills to help create user-friendly digital experiences.

I have a broad professional experience in marketing, creative, events, and UX/UI design. As the Vice President of Marketing at Graphic Communication Course Union, I managed the marketing strategies and activities of the organization, while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. As Creative & Events Associate at Ted Rogers Economics Society, I was responsible for the creation and execution of various campaigns and events. Additionally, I completed a UX/UI design internship at Royal LePage, where I learned user interfaces for their applications.

I am currently an a third-year undergraduate at Toronto Metropolitan University at Toronto, Ontario. I am enrolled into a program named “Graphic Communication Management" with a concentration in Packaging and double minor in Marketing and Graphic Communication Management. I will be graduating with a Bachelors in Technology and will pursue a Masters in Digital Media.
