Through this, I can clearly identify both my weaknesses and strengths, and recognize areas that need improvement in any given situation. Thanks to this self-awareness, I possess the ability to continuously solve problems and achieve any goal I set for myself.

I have gained practical experience in various environments, which has allowed me to quickly adapt and efficiently perform tasks. Specifically, as a cook, I contributed to maintaining food quality by checking expiration dates and managing hygiene standards. Additionally, as a barista, I developed the important ability to meet diverse customer needs in real time, providing personalized service. These experiences helped me improve my problem-solving skills, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a result, I am confident that I can adapt quickly and perform well in any new environment.

I am currently studying the Food Science Technology program at Centennial College, where I am deepening my knowledge in various fields, including food safety, chemistry, and biology. Through this program, I have gained hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as pH meters and microscopes, and have learned about microbial culture, sample preparation, and analysis. I have also studied the principles of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) in theory, which has allowed me to connect laboratory results with theoretical knowledge. This comprehensive understanding of the food industry will be highly valuable when I work in the field.
