About Spencer Bomboir:

Business Professional with experience in tech startups and the sports industry. I've worked in roles including sales, marketing, customer success, technical support, operations, human resources, product management, projects, website design, graphic design and more!

Experience

During my time at my previous company, I was able to play a part in growing the app from 1,000 users to nearly 2Million. During my time I was involved with nearly every department of the company including customer success, account management, sales, marketing, on-boarding, client retention, tech support, interviewing, hiring & training employees, company culture, CRM implementation & management, and more. In most cases, this included working as the only company in said department, building processes, hiring & training staff, and then eventually managing the department. 

Here’s more on my role at TeamLinkt: 
• Establishing and Documenting both internal processes for staff and external processes for clients (help guides, employee training guides)
• Provide guidance, support and leadership to 3 account reps (setup best practices, sales support/enablement, troubleshooting technical issues clients face)
• Manager of 100 of TeamLinkt's Key Accounts (including National & State Governing Bodies)
• Lead full implementation of HubSpot software (previously on Zoho)
• Lead the full day to day operations in HubSpot, including building all automations, sales sequences, deal pipelines, reports and dashboards. 
• Creating and executing on client success initiatives to increase adoption of TeamLinkt features
• Conduct meetings to train clients, make sales, provide technical support, and maintain client relationships
• Work alongside development team to improve TeamLinkt’s products and make the platform easier to use and set up
• Develop and execute on improvements to sales process, onboarding process, and client retention
• Establishing and Maintaining company culture
• Training of all new sales/onboarding/accounts staff (and develop documentation)
• Designed, Built & Managed TeamLinkt's website, graphics, documents, and client websites.
• Scaled Sales Email Engine & wrote email copy
• Served as the Business Operations lead in weekly Executive meetings and Quarterly planning meetings.
