As a Salesforce Administrator with around 3 years of experience, I am passionate about managing and configuring Salesforce environments to meet business requirements. I have good experience in implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows and Validation Rules to customize solutions to meet specific business needs. I have experience in data management, reports and dashboards, Salesforce Lightning, security, and user management. 
Additionally, I do have hands-on experience in developing VisualForce pages, Apex classes and triggers to automate business processes and improve efficiency. I have a good knowledge on Aura components and lightning. Have a basic knowledge on LWC. 
My ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot issues has resulted in increased user adoption and productivity. As a proactive problem-solver, I am committed to delivering exceptional results and driving success for the organization.

Joined as a Java developer and got an opportunity to work in salesforce project in the company. Got On-the-Job training on Salesforce which helped me to learn and implement what I learnt in the project simultaneously. This helped me in gaining lot of knowledge especially in Salesforce Admin activities. Also Worked on Salesforce Development as well. Enjoyed working in Salesforce and decided to pursue my career in Salesforce
