Srikanth Muralidharan

I have worked in different applications of computer vision such as video event detection, group activity recognition, person detection, and re-identification. I have published papers in CVPR, and ICCV in these areas. My experience at Zippin also includes building fast converging / quantizable computer vision models and shipping them to production. I am interested in expanding my expertise in broader machine learning problems and techniques.

I have expertise in various computer vision applications, including video event detection, group activity recognition, person detection, and re-identification. My contributions to the field are evident in my publications in CVPR and ICCV, and my work in curating highly cited datasets, some of which are publicly available.

At my current employer, Zippin, I have built efficient person-detection models that have been successfully deployed in production, resulting in cost savings. Currently, I am working on deploying an event detection model to production, which showcases Zippin as an innovative company solving checkout-free shopping in a cost-effective manner.

I completed my PhD in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, specializing in Computer vision.
