Experience
- Provide comprehensive functional support to CRM and CPQ users, ensuring their needs and requirements are met at the enterprise level.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of designed solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and smooth system operations.
- Manage and oversee integrated applications, including Conga Composer, DocuSign, LinkedIn Navigator, ChurnZero, FieldSpy, Rollup Helper, and Duplicate Check, among others.
- Develop and maintain business processes using key components such as process builders, flows, and approval processes/advanced approval processes, formula and validation rules.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the database by conducting regular maintenance tasks such as data cleansing and duplicate record management.
- Deliver training sessions and create documentation to educate users and stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, as part of a team, and handle multiple task assignments concurrently, effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Perform user-acceptance tests to validate system changes and enhancements, ensuring they align with business requirements and deliver the expected outcomes.
