Through curiosity and a reliable work ethic, I've quickly worked my way up in a post-production environment. I love the solving the puzzle of resource management, as well as identifying potential bottle-necks and technical discrepancies. My departments of responsibility have been CG assets, FX, and outsource vendors. I excel both client- and artist-facing professionalism and soft skills. Production Coordinator, Rocket Science VFX (August 2022 - Present; promoted from PA, March-July 2022)

-  Manage task assignment and scheduling for as many as 30 artists across three departments

-  Optimise efficiency and productivity, and minimise idle time, when planning artist resources

-  Facilitate technical problem solving with artists in asset, FX, and lighting departments

-  Negotiate vendor bids to meet shot budgets, and determine their priority schedule

-  Perform episode audits to resolve missing upstream work, as many as 100+ shots per episode

-  Organise reference material and make accessible on Shotgrid and the internal network

-  Recordkeeping for clients of delivery schedules, outstanding items, and potential bid increases

-  Lead department scrums to set daily goals, weekly “hit lists,” and to reconcile artist concerns
